| 摘 要： | 建国后中国社会阶层结构两次变迁,一方面是我国社会生产关系与上层建筑变革的产物,另一方面是作为生产力能动要素的社会成员在相应政策和体制改革中优化重组的结果。而这个原因正是探寻我国生产力解放与发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Two changes of social stratum after our country was established have appeared.In the first place,it is the result from the innovation of producing the relationship and superstructure.In the second place,it can derive from the inner element of productivity with the proper policy and the system reform.However,these are the just reasons for us to probe our country's productivity in an efficient way. |
