| 摘 要： | 针对现行新闻专业的＂通才＂型人才培养模式已经严重不适应现代媒体需求并造成就业难的问题,通过对当今媒体和企事业单位对人才的多元需求的探讨和对传统新闻专业人才培养模式的分析,提出了依托综合型大学的学科优势资源,创新新闻专业人才培养模式,即适应新闻专业人才市场需求的＂复合型＋专业化＂的特色型新闻人才培养模式,研究结论对新闻专业人才培养具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | In wiew of the fact the current journalism professional generalist-type training model has seriously not met the needs of modern media and causes employment difficulties,the article begins with the discussion of current media and enterprises on the needs of diverse talents and the analysis of traditional Journalism training model,proposing a characteristic journalism talent training model of＂compound ＋ professional＂to adapt to market demand,which relies on superior resources of comprehensive university,for the innovation of journalism professional training mode.The conclusions will provide guidance for journalism professional training. |
