| 摘 要： | 在中国经济发展,旅游业蓬勃向上,奥运召开这一新时期,对高素质导游的需求也相应增加,而导游本身的生存条件如何,发展空间在哪里,如何规范导游队伍,使其真正起到民间大使的作用,本文对导游的生存背景、发展现状作了阐述,并提出了自己的建议。

| Abstract: | In the new period of economic's development, the tourism booms upward, and the Olympic games'holdning in China,, for it demands more the high-quality tour guides, but how about the guides' survival conditions, where are there development of space, and how can rank the guides, so it can truly play the role of folk ambassador.The paper elaborates the guides' survival background and present development, and it put forward its proposals. |
