两汉经学、皇权与史学关系刍论

两汉儒学表现为经学。经学与两汉的专制皇权紧密结合，加强了对史学的控制。其原因是由于统治者对史学功用认识的不断加深所致；其手段是皇权控制史学的外部条件，经学控制史家的史学思想与价值观念。皇权与经学对史学的控制使史学日益成为经学的附庸。

A Tentative Discussion on the Relationship between the Classical Studies, the Imperial Authority and the Historiography in the Western the Eastern Han Dynasties

In the Western and the Eastern Han Dynasties, the expression of the study of Confucian classics is the classical studies, which in close combination with the inperial authority, tightened the control over historiography. This is because that the ruiers had a deeper understanding if the function of histkriography, and this was done through the control over the outer conditions of historiography by the imperial audhority, and the condrol over the historiography ideoligy and the values of the historiographer by classical studies. The control over the historiography by the imperial authority and the classical atudies made the historiography a handmaid of classical studies.
