| 摘 要： | 本文依据金融规划的思想和分析方法，在构建中国宏观经济预测的VEC模型的基础上，对我国2009年-2012年的国民总储蓄和储蓄投资差的变动趋势进行了预测分析，阐述了我国未来宏观经济仍存在经济结构失衡的风险，并提出改善宏观经济结构的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the idea and analysis methods of financial programming, this paper forecasts and analyses the aggregate savings and the Savings-investment Balances of China in 2009 -2012, illustrates that there are risks of China＇s macroeconomic imbalances in future, and proposes some policy and suggestions to improve China＇s macroeconomic structure. |
