倡导“文化育检”促进队伍建设的思考——以广西北海市银海区检察院为例

检察文化是检察机关履行法律监督职能过程中衍生的法律文化,涵盖检察干警的价值观念、执法理念、职业道德、行为规则和综合文化等,加强检察文化建设对基层院建设和检察工作有着巨大的推动作用。银海区检察院根据辖区、本院及检察人员的特点、传统和发展趋势,结合队伍建设、业务建设、机制建设、信息化建设,实施倡导"文化育检",推进文化兴检战略,对以文化建设提高检察机关群体素质、促进检察工作发展的新途径、新方法进行了有益的思考和探索。

Thinking of Promoting Team Construction by Advocating of Culture Cultivation

Culture of inspection is derived from the process of procuratorial organ committing legal supervision function. It includes values, concept of law enforcement, professional ethics, rule of conduct and integrated culture of the prosecution, it will reinforce the development of grass- roots unit and procuratorial work by strengthening the construction of the culture of inspection. According to the characteristics, tradition and development trend of the popedom and procuratorial personnel, Yinhai district procuratorate are propelling the procuratorial work by combining the construction of law enforcement team, procuratorial work, organization and informationization, and exploring the possibility of the way of raising the quality of procuratorial personnel, propelling the procuratorial work by the developing the culture of inspection.
