经济高速增长期公共教育财政投入研究——以中日两国中央教育财政投入的比较为核心

通过对经济高速增长期中日两国公共教育财政特点的比较分析,可以看出:中国的公共教育财政规模比日本小,公共财政对教育的投入还不能满足国民教育的需要,尚需加大投入力度;中国的中央教育财政呈现对高等教育的倾斜,而日本的中央教育财政则是对义务教育倾斜。我国应以日本为鉴,在未来的经济社会发展中,加大公共教育财政投入,加强教育财政的体制和法制建设。

On the Financial Investment in Public Education during the Period of Rapid Economic Growth——A Comparison of the Financial Investment in Education by the Japanese and the Chinese Central Governments

With a comparison and analysis of the features of the financial investment in public education during the period of rapid economic growth,it can be found that the financial investment in public education in China is smaller than that in Japan,and that the amount of public finance for education cannot meet the needs of the national education.Therefore,it needs to be increased.In China,finance for education from the central government gives priority for higher education,while in Japan,the priority is given to compulsory education.We should take Japan as an example to enhance the financial investment in public education in China and in the construction of the financial system for education and its legality for that.
