学术期刊编辑的兼容意识

尊重学派或学者享有的学术自由的权利,保证文化构建标准的科学性与公正性,创造一种学术上互相探讨的高尚风格,亟须学术编辑培育兼容意识。学术编辑的兼容意识表现为:鼓励和推动不同观点与方法,不同流派与风格的作者作品自由竞争和平等争论;发表各种符合科学精神气质的观点和结论,不以特定的学术观点和科学之外的考虑为取舍标准,而以其内在逻辑是否完备、方法是否科学等进行裁定;坚持在真理面前人人平等,对待不同年龄、性别、地位、背景的作者一视同仁,以质取稿;关注现实,深入思考和研究社会转型背景下经济、社会发展面临的实际问题,注重理论引导,积极回应现代化建设对学术刊物的庄重要求;积极倡导、扶植学术争鸣与学术批评。

Learned-Journal Editor's Idea about Incorporating Publications of Diverse Natures

It is necessary for the learned-journal editors to cultivate the idea about incorporating publications of diverse natures in order to think highly of the academic-freedom rights that the different schools or scholars enjoy,guarantee the fairness and science of cultural construct,and create a free atmosphere for academic exchange.The manifestation of the incorporating idea is mainly as follows: encourage and promote the authors(and their writings) to compete and debate freely and equally;the criterion for judging the views and conclusions conforming to the scientific spirit is its inherent logic and methodology,not a certain academic perspective and other consideration beyond academy itself;all are equal under truth regardless of his / her age,sex,background and social position;quality of the writing plays a major part in the decision making for publishing;concerned with the real problems in the social background turning from plan economy to market one,the writing should combine theory with practice closely so as to respond actively to the serious requirements of the modernization to the academic publications;help and promote enthusiastically the contention and academic criticism.
