摘    要:员工持股在美国等市场经济发达国家获得广泛发展 ,从国外到国内来看 ,从员工持股到经营者持股分析 ,经营者持股使经营者行为规范 ,形成有效的内部激励约束机制 ,促进企业家队伍的形成和企业家文化的建设。经营者持股制度的运行要有合格的管理者、合理设计出持股制度及加强对经营者监督约束 ,从而培养企业家财产意识

Abstract:Owning shares by emplogyees has got extensive development in countries with advanced market economy such as America.The analysis of owning shares by employees and operators from abroad to inland indicates that it helps to regulate the behavior of operators,to form effective internal stimulus and restraint system and to promote the formation of entrepreneur culture.The operation of this system requires qualified managers to design reasonable systems for owning shares and to strengthen the supervision on operators,which would foster the property sense of entrepreneurs.
