跨国经理人培育机制研究

摘    要:跨国经理人的培育是我国加入WTO后企业跻身国际市场、参与国际竞争、争取国际地位的必然要求。从企业制度层面对培育过程加以规范、约束、衡量和管理,是培育过程高效并获得成功的重要保证。为此,文章从跨国经理人的选拔、培训、任用与激励四个方面对培育机制进行了具体探讨。

Abstract:Breeding multinational managers is the imperative task when the enterprises take part in the international market, join in the national competition and pursue the international reputation after entering into the WTO. It is an important guarantee that at the enterprise's system level to regulate, circumscribe, judge and manage the process of the breeding. Therefore, this article makes a specific research in four aspects: the multinational manager's selection, training, appointment and motivation.
