| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程的加快,土地的征用愈加频繁,由此引发的矛盾也日渐凸显.其中主要的问题有我国现行的征地制度不完善,征地补偿标准过低和征地补偿模式单一,这是导致目前征地补偿不能满足失地农民生存和发展的长远利益的原因.文章通过研究目前国内的征地补偿现状,剖析失地农民利益补偿中存在的问题,同时借鉴国外先进的征地补偿模式,构建出符合我国国情的新征地补偿多元化模型,为解决我国现有的征地补偿问题提供一条新思路.
