| 摘 要： | 医学院校由于其专业性和人才培养的严谨性,一直是高校中比较特殊的组成部分。近年来,伴随国家高等教育扩招,医学院校录取人数在逐年增加,医学生降级特别是高年级医学生降级现象已经成为医学院校普遍存在的问题。分析医学院校高年级学生降级现象的原因,有助于提出改变高年级医学生降级现象的对策。

| Abstract: | Due to the major specialty and conscientiousness in personnel training,medical college has been a special part of the institutions of high education.In recent years,under the influence on the national high education enlarging recruiting scale,the number of medical college＇s admission increased year by year.The following problem is the degradation of medical student,especially the senior medical student（SMS）.This paper analyzed the rea-sons of the degradation in SMS,and on the base of that analysis we promoted some strategy to change the situation. |
