| 摘 要： | 人性与犯罪都是不断进化的，犯罪随着人性的进化而进化。所以如此，既有生存和欲望方面的原因，也有社会方面的原因。人性进化的趋势是崇尚能力、推崇理性、追求利益、主张自立，犯罪进化的趋势表现为经济犯罪、有组织犯罪、职务犯罪、高科技犯罪的大量增多。

| Abstract: | Both humanity and crime have been evaluating, and the evolution of crime follows the evolution of humanity. The causes for this lie in survival and desire, also in aspect of society. The tendency for humanity evolution is the worship of capacity and reasoning, and the pursuit of interests and self-reliance, where the tendency for crime evolution is the increasing of economic crimes, organized crimes, duty crimes and high-tech crimes. |
