试论广西师范学院教学质量监控体系的构建与完善

高校扩招以来,高等教育能否在规模扩大的同时保证质量,一直是社会各界普遍关注的热点.构建和完善教学质量监控体系,是高等教育发展的必然要求,是促进和提高高校可持续发展能力的有效途径.广西师范学院在实践探索中逐步形成以严密的质量监控制度体系、规范的教学环节质量标准、通过四支教学信息采集管理队伍进行教学信息收集与反馈的监控系统为主要内容的教学质量监控体系.根据学院发展面临的新形势,针对当前教学质量监控体系中存在的薄弱环节,今后应从强化建设过程监控等六个方面进一步完善教学质量监控体系,以全面提高教学质量.

On the Construction and Perfection of the Supervision System to Teaching and Learning Quality of Guangxi Teachers Education University

After the enrollment expansion of the college and university students,whether the higher education can maintain the quality while they are expanded in scale has become a highlighted center to people of all walks of life.To construct and perfect the supervision system to teaching and learning quality is a necessary requirement to the development of the higher education,and an efficient way to promote and increase the sustainable ability of the higher education.Guangxi Teachers Education University,during their practical exploration,has increasingly constructed a supervision system to the teaching and learning quality by means of close quality-supervision system,regular quality standards to teaching and learning links,and four management forces to collect and feedback teaching information.According to the new situation,the university,aiming at the weak links existing in the supervision system,shall further perfect the quality supervision system by strengthening six facets of the process supervision, so as to fully increase teaching and learning quality.
