农户与专业合作社信用担保问题及客观形式——基于“三位一体”农协的思考

"三位一体"农村合作协会作为近些年农村经济发展中的新成员,为推动农村经济发展发挥了巨大的作用。经济发展中资金是基础,信用是前提,然而"三位一体"农协在融资与借贷方面的不足,严重制约着农户资金的供给,其中关键的影响因素就是"三位一体"农协内部信用担保体系的缺失。为促进农村经济发展,完善农协建设,通过深入探讨"三位一体"农协中影响融资与借贷的信用担保体系,分析成功的信用担保体系模式,为"三位一体"农协信用担保体系的建设提供可行性的方案。

Objective Forms and Issues Between Farming Households i and Professional Cooperative Credit Guarantee Based on the Thinking of ＂Three in an Organic Whole＂ Rural Cooperative Association

As a new member of the rural economic development in recent years, ＂Three in an Organic Whole＇Rural Cooperative Association has played an important role in promoting the rural economic develop- ment. Capital is the foundation and credit is the premise in the development of economy. However, the shortage of＂Three in an Organic Whole＂ Rural Cooperative Association in raising and borrowing money has severely re- stricted farmers＇ capital supply. The key influencing factor lies in the lack of internal credit guarantee system of the＂ Three in an Organic Whole＂ Rural Cooperative Association. Aiming at promoting rural economic develop- ment and improving the construction of the rural cooperative association, this article gives a deep exploration of the credit guarantee system which influences money raising and borrowing in the＂ Three in an Organic WhOle＂ Rural Cooperative Association and at the same time gives an analysis of a successful model of credit guarantee system. Thus,this article aims to provide a feasible scheme for the construction of the credit guarantee system of the＂ Three in an Organic Whole＂ Rural Cooperative Association.
