高校与社区党建共建现状与对策

开展高校与社区党建共建工作是推动党的基层组织建设的重要举措。从现实情况来看,共建工作存在活动频次低、内容单一、形式单调、考评务虚等问题,影响工作实效。采取明确共建活动目标、精选共建活动内容、共享共建活动资源、建立共建考评机制等对策,形成整体合力,将有力推动了高校与社区党建共建工作常态化、纵深化、实效化。
