| 摘 要： | 上市公司资产重组是我国证券市场近年来出现的新事物。其规模之大、范围之广、影响之深在我国证券市场的发展中也是空前的。分析讨论了资产重组活动规模空前的原因，及近年来资产重组活动的绩效，并展望了资产重组市场行情的前景。

| Abstract: | Listed company retooling assets didn't appear on security market in China until recent years. Its large scale, its wide scope covered, and its strong influence on security market， were unprecedented in Chinese security market's history. This paper first discusses the reasons of scale－ unprecedented assets retooling, then analyses the results of assets retooling for these recent years, at last looks into the future on the quotations of assets retooling market. |
