| Abstract: | Modern eleCtronic information industry is igh technological content industry. Science and technology and qualified scientists and technicians are its base. Scientific research is conbined with trainning people in universities and colleges. The development of electronic information industry which is a prop ofnational economy must be hasad on science and education. It is of importance to bring the universities andcolleges into full play. InStitutions of higher learning should be built as a base on where it is integration oftrainning ,research and industrial development. |
