试论民营经济的性质

民营经济是我国非国有国营的所有制形式和经营方式的总称。它已成为我国经济的重要组成部分 ,不久的将来会成为我国经济的主要组成部分。“解放生产力 ,发展生产力” ,“最终达到共同富裕”是衡量民营经济性质的根本标准 ,体现社会主义本质的社会公有制是社会主义的一个本质属性。从经济基础和上层建筑的总体看 ,民营经济是社会主义性质的 ;从民营经济内部结构看 ,有的是社会主义性质的 ,有的具有不同程度的社会主义因素或者是有利于社会主义的。因此 ,大力发展民营经济 ,对解放和发展生产力 ,增强综合国力 ,改善人民生活 ,最终实现共同富裕 ,都具有重大的意义。

ABOUT THE NATURE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAI ECONOMY

Non-governmental economy is characterized by non-state-run ownership and running manner. It has become a very important component of Chinese economy. The fundamental standards to evaluate non-governmental economy ownership are the liberation and development of productive forces and the final achievement of common prosperity. That demonstrates the basic socialist attribute that social public ownership is the essential quality of socialism. Non-governmental economy is subject to socialist public ownership with a view to economic basis and superstrure, and some of non-gowernmental economy belong to socialism; some are socialist factors or beneficial to socialism in the light of inner structure. Therefore, it is very significant to greatly develop non-governmental economy. It can emancipate and develop productive forces, enhance overall national strength, improve the standard of people's living and eventually realize common prosperity.
