| 摘 要： | 当代美国教育改革的重要特征之一就是联邦政府的参与。联邦政府通过立法、拨款等方式在美国教育改革中扮演了重要的角色。可以说,美国联邦政府依据社会不同时期发展的需要,调整着教育改革的目标,从而确保美国的全球领导地位。毋庸置疑,美国联邦政府参与教育改革的经验会为中国乃至世界各国处理政府与教改的关系带来发人深思的启示。

| Abstract: | The federal government always played a key role in the development of American education.By means of granting lands,endowing funds,passing laws and so on,the federal government continuously exerted great influence on American education profoundly and thoroughly.In one word,the United States federal government had been adjusting goals of educational reforms on the basis of needs of social development in different periods in order to ensure the leading position in the world.The article attempted to analyze the federal government’s role in promoting American education and its enlightenment to Chinese educational reform. |
