| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to define the product of university when ISO9000 quality standard is introduced into education field. It analyses some viewpoints on this question, then puts forward its own viewpoint, namely, the product of university will include three parts: students to be nurtured, knowledge to be created and social service to be provided. |
