比较优势、竞争优势与我国经济发展模式

结合比较优势与竞争优势的相关理论回顾,就我国是否会成为和是否应该成为世界制造中心或加工中心这一热点话题进行了探讨,在分析我国国有企也改革和农村经济体制改革后具体国情和内外部环境条件的基础上,认为我国在目前竞争优势还没有超越比较优势的情况下,要想成为世界制造中心还仅仅是一个理想化的结果,但有可能成为世界加工中心,与此同时,又不能满足于"加工中心"的角色,而应该大胆鼓励一些地区努力成为某个产业的制造中心,并采取积极发展以内需为主导的经济发展模式,通过在给别人加工过程中的主动创新,来加快国内企业结构的调整、升级与优化,努力促进我国社会经济持续、健康、快速发展,从整体上提升我国的竞争力。

Comparative Advantage, Competitive Advantage and the Mode of Nomic Development in China

basis of an overall review to the theories of comparative advantage and competitive advantage, discussion is made on the hot issue whether China will or should become a world manufacturing or processing center. An analysis to the country's specific conditions and her domestic & overseas environment after the reform of state-owned enterprises and the economic system in the countryside concludes that it is merely an ideal for China to become a world manufacturing center now since her current competitive advantage fails to outweigh the comparative advantage. To realize this ideal, the comparative advantage of her labor force should be fully utilized. Meanwhile, some regions should be encouraged to become the manufacturing center of certain products, and great efforts should be made to formulate the dominant economic development mode that encourages domestic demand. Through the manufacturing services to other countries, China's overall international competence and competitive advantage can be upgraded by means of innovation and the restructuring, adjusting and optimizing of domestic enterprises. If so, the domestic economy can expect a steady, rapid and healthy development.
