| Abstract: | This thesis attaches great importance to the influence of the democratic teacher-student relationship on student's most wanted personality traits. A new relationship can intensify the student's independence, develop their self-consciousness, praise their creativity, broaden their interests, promote their communications and educate their positive character etc. This will help to enhance the initiative, focalization, flexibility and selectivity in fostering student's personality. |
