| Abstract: | This thesis aims to find out the practical significance of college students'career planning by analyzing the social and personal factors when they are seeking jobs.It will also discuss in depth how to teach and lead them to treat with a proper attitude in knowing themselves better and owning correct outlook about choosing jobs,undertaking jobs as well as starting their own business. |
