| 摘 要： | 寨根类型裴李岗文化是中原地区裴李岗文化的一个新的地方类型,流行使用一种用粗砂岩制作的厚重石磨盘。根据考古发掘和新近的文物普查资料,对寨根类型石磨盘分为片状石磨盘、鞋底状石磨盘、长方体石磨盘三型,它是一种兼有谷物脱粒功用和粗淀粉加工功用的复合工具,在中国早期农作加工史上占有重要地位。
