Optimization of Media Resources in Universities and Construction of Good Educational Environment

The media of universities play an important role in the development of universities.They provide a platform for constructing a good educational environment,which is an uncountable factor for improving universities' spirit,academic environment and humane quality,even for the full development of universities.The current situations of the media in universities were analyzed,such as the functions,the resource disposal,the internal management,the receptive level of popularity for the media in universities.The approaches of optimizing the media resources were probed into,in order to enhance the commuincation functions of the media and to construct good educational enviornment in universities.
