农民工子女就学政策的十年演进及重大转变

农民工子女就学问题随着进城务工农民数量的增多而逐渐凸显.为解决这一问题,政府在近十年颁发了一系列的政策.政策的演进不仅使我们在客观上认识到了我国亟须解决的户籍制度、职业制度等问题,也使我们体察了政府在解决农民工子女就学问题上的责任意识和保障农民工子女受教育权上的坚定态度.无论是对进城务工农民身份的确认还是对其子女受教育权的保障,均是宪政精神的要求和体现.然而,在进城务工农民子女就学政策表现出重大转变的同时,仍然不能忽视我们正面临的实际困难,因此,解决农民工子女就学问题还需付出更多的努力.

School Children of Migrant Workers Decade Evolution of Policy and Major Changes

The problem of the school children of migrant workers is highlighted with the increase of farmers.To solve this problem,the government issued a series of policy in the past decade.The evolution of policy not only puts us in an objective awareness of the urgent need to solve China's household registration system,vocational system,we also understand the government's responsibility to resolve migrant workers on the issue of school children and the protection of the right to education of children of migrant workers,Both the confirmation of the identity of Migrant Workers and the protection of the right of their children to education are constitutional requirements and the spirit embodied.The school children of migrant farmer workers showed the significant change in policy,but we still can not ignore the practical difficulties being faced,therefore,it requires more efforts to solve the problem of school children of migrant workers.
