| 摘 要： | 对法的宏观理论的研究,应有一种宏观性、整体性的理论思维模式,法律规则的义务范式、权利范式和福利范式,与法律发展的前现代范式、现代范式和后现代范式相对,由此形成法律历史上的三次伟大革命,也就是法律的革命,由此完成法律进化的否定之否定过程。

| Abstract: | As for the study of te macroscropic theories of laws,a macroscropic and entire thinking patfern should be applied.The compulsory mode,right mode and welfare mode of law regulations are opposite to those of the premodernism,modernism and postmodernism of law development.Thus,there have been three great revolutions of law development,which have accomplished the process of negation in law evolution. |
