| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国民族高等教育发展迅速,成就巨大。本文根据我国民族高等教育发展经历的两个阶段:十一届三中全会前曲折前进和十一届三中全会后拨乱反正、进步恢复、稳步发展、深化改革、加速发展,研究了邓小平在不同时期对新中国教育所做的指导及其教育思想的发展、形成的过程。
