| 摘 要： | 阜新是一座“因煤而兴”的城市 ,城市过度依赖采矿业 ,使产业结构单一。而工业生产又多以初级产品为主 ,致使企业竞争能力不强 ,面临着大批职工下岗 ,人们生活异常拮据。提出了应利用阜新现有基础 ,大力发展现代化农业和服务业 ,并以此为产业突破口 ,将农业资源转化为经济优势 ,带动其它产业发展的思路 |

| Abstract: | Fuxin depends on mining excessively,making industrial structure single and causing weak competitive ability of the enterprise.Facing the large number of unemployed workers the article.Puts forward we should make use of the new current foundation in Fuxin,develop modern agriculture and service business strongly,and regard this as the industry breakthrough point,turn the agricluture resources into an economic advantage,and give an impetus to the development of other industries. |
