| 摘 要： | 国外的学者们运用不同的工具分析了不同筹资模式社会保障对家庭人力资本投资决策的影响，认为现收现付制可以促进人力资本投资。论文按照待遇计发办法将现收现付的社会保障划分为收入关联制与均一费率制，运用两时期的交叠世代模型分析家庭人力资本投资决策。基本结论是收入关联的社会保障制度比均一费率的社会保障制度更能激励家庭人力资本投资。

| Abstract: | Foreign scholars find that pay-as-you-go pension system can promote human capital investment This paper divids the social security into earning-related system and fiat-rate system, and studies how household investing human capital in different social security systems. The two periods overlapping generation model will be adopted in this paper, and the conclusion is earning-related social security encourages household human capital investment much more. |
