| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下，体育行业协会在我国体育的发展中充当着协调政府与社会对体育管理的角色。体育行业协会具有服务、管理、监督处罚等权能，其权能具有重要的自治和法治价值。因此有必要在探讨体育行业协会的社会角色和本质属性的基础上，对其权能的自治和法律规制进行研究。

| Abstract: | Under the market economy condition,the Sports Profession Association moderate the management function of the government and society.The Sports Profession Association has functions of serve,represent,supervision,management,communication and coordination.Its' function has an value of autonomy and law-governance.On the basis of Sports Profession Association's social role and essential attributes,we reseach its value in autonomy and law-governance. |
