| 摘 要： | 建设具有中国特色的现代大学制度是实施科教兴国战略的需要,也是高等教育持续健康发展的关键。文章从大学制度的宏观层面、中观层面和微观层面着手,初步分析了计划经济体制下的大学制度的特征,探讨了现代大学制度的内涵、特性与功能,提出了构建现代大学制度的基本要求与探索性措施。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education, it is absolutely necessary to establish a modern university system with Chinese characteristics, which is also a key to continue the sustainable development in higher education.The paper tentatively analyses some features of the university system under the central planned economy, explores some aspects of the modern university system such as, its connotation, characteristics, functions and its establishment from different points of view.Then the paper puts forward some basic requirements and measures for the designated purpose. |
