| 摘 要： | 始于去年而波及全球的金融危机不可避免地影响到我国电力行业的发展，2008年9月份后第二产业用电量下降，电力行业利润明显回落。本文分析了电力企业所面临的现状，如何利用有利电力发展的国家政策，帮助电力企业更好的抓住国家加大刺激内需的时机，加快电力行业的结构调整，应对危机影响。

| Abstract: | The financial crisis burst out from last year has inevitably impacted the development of China's electric power industry.The electricity consumption of the second industries has dropped from September of 2008,and the profits have decreased.The status of China's electric power industry is analyzed.
