三十年来关于《论共产党员的修养》研究综述

综观近三十年来学界对刘少奇《论共产党员的修养》的研究，主要观点有：中国传统修养理论和马克思主义理论是其理论来源，坚持唯物论、辩证法、实践性是其根本特征；它首次正式提出并系统论述共产党员的道德修养问题，将毛泽东“着重从思想上建设党”的原则具体化，具有哲学、伦理学及实践方面的意义；作为马克思主义中国化的成果，它实现了对儒家伦理学说和道德修养理论的超越、升华。不足之处在于：鲜见对该论著创作的深层社会历史文化背景及其本身的历史局限性等问题的研究，对其当代价值发掘不够等。

Overview on Research of Lun Gongchangdang de Xiuyang(On the Cultivation of Communists) in the Past Three Decades

Overviewing nearly thirty years＇ academic research of Lun Gongchangdang de Xiuyang （On the Cultivation of Communists ）, we can make some conclusions： its theory source came from Chinese traditional self-cultivation and Marxist theory, and it fundamental features are constructed on materialism, dialectics and practicality; it is the book that first officially puts forward and systematically analyzes communist party member＇s moral cultivation, embodying the thought of ＂constructing the party inwardly＂ proposed by Mao Zhedong and having significance in philosophy, ethics, and practice; as the sinolization of Marxism, it has surpassed and sublimated Confucian ethical and moral cultivation theory. Yet the research is short in the study on the social, historical and cultural background and historical limitations of the creation, and the contemporary values of the book also should be deeply explored.
