| Abstract: | Analysis of a large-scale equipment support service delivery needs to knowledge-sharing is made. And a cross-organizational model framework is discussed to adapt to the characteristics of the equipment support services first. Then,based on knowledge-sharing solutions,solution forming patterns of the equipment support service is stated. |
