| Abstract: | In this paper is investigated the theoretical frame and practical applications of the Mohist reasoning method by analogy in combination with pre-Qin-Dynasty cultural characteristics. It is revealed that theirs is a connotative reasoning method based on same quality, isomorphism or same methodology with strong utilitarian and pragmatist purposes, and is a tool for proving, augmentation and reasoning in pre-Qin-Dynasty logical thinking, thereby occupying a unique position in the historical development of logic in China. |
