| 摘 要： | 随着中国社会50多年的发展,各少数民族地区社会生活的内外条件已发生了巨大变化。要加速少数民族地区的社会发展,应该注重在少数民族地区建立一种现代型的社会秩序及其维持机制。只有形成以理性为基础的多向互动关系才能满足这种变化。在少数民族地区中促进理性的多向互动关系发展,应注意强化社会的规范制度化建设、增强社会的组织化建设和促进沟通协商渠道的建设。

| Abstract: | With over fifty-year's development,great social changes have taken place in the minority areas of China.To quicken such development,a modern social order with its sustainable mechanism should be established in such areas,and only a multi-interaction based on rationality can satisfy this need.The development of this interaction should rely on the establishment of standardized social institutionalization,organized society and good channels for communication. |
