产业结构、资源禀赋与经济增长

除外生性技术进步和人均资本存量的增加对绝大多数省域经济增长有正面影响外,为实现省域经济高质量的可持续发展,单纯考虑产业结构变化的影响是不够的,需结合全局性要素(三产价格)和地区性要素(人均资本存量)的变化。利用GDP函数综合考察了劳动力、资本存量、技术进步、产业结构和产业价格因素对地区经济增长的影响,利用1994-2006年中国24个省市(区)的面板数据实证度量了上述因素对经济增长的贡献,认为增加人均资本存量、提升技术创新能力对省域经济长期持续增长非常重要,而省域产业结构调整需考虑三产价格和人均资本存量的变化,不能一概视之。

Industrial Structure, Resources Endowment and Economic Growth

For the sustainable development of province economy,it is not enough that the effect of industrial structural change is taken into account separately regardless of global and regional factors,even though it is positive that the effect of exogenous technical progress and the augment of per capital stock for provincial economic growth.This paper employed GDP function to investigate the relationship between the provincial economic growth and the change of quantity of labor force and capital stock,technical progress,industrial structure and industrial price,and their effects upon the provincial economic growth are analyzed empirically by 24 provinces' panel data of China from 1994 to 2006.The paper argues for the importance of the augment of per capital stock and TIC for the sustainable development of province economy,and that the industrial structural change should be combined with the consideration of the global factors and regional factors.
