| Abstract: | s: The paper expounded the present state of the floating population in terms of the types, the sex and age structures, the culture quality, the trends and its developing tendency as well. The author also explored its positive function and negative influence on the development of social economy, and put forward macro countermeasures to strengthen the FP management of the population. |
