我国主流意识形态网络风险防范机制的建构

网络时代的意识形态没有终结。在宽松的网络空间中，意识形态的冲突依然存在。跨境交流的网络信息、宣泄情绪的网络舆论以及形形色色的网络思潮正行使着意识形态的功能，消解着主流意识形态的网络优势。为此，应运用新的知识、技术、文化条件，以科学的信息预警维护网络主权，以有效的舆论疏导赢得网络认同，以多样化的红色文化传播拓展网络阵地，以文化力、传播力和感染力的提升强化主流意识形态的反渗透功能。从而建构全方位的风险防范机制，维护主流意识形态的网络安全。

Construction of Risk Prevention Mechanism Of Mainstream Ideology In Cyberspace

The ideology in the network times does not end.In the loose cyberspace,the conflict of ideology still exists.The interstate network information,the network public opinion expressing mood as well as the network thoughts trend of all forms are exercising the functions of ideology,which is dispelling the network superiority of the mainstream ideology.Therefore,we should utilize the new knowledge,technology and culture to maintain network sovereignty by scientific information warning system,so as to win the network approval by effective public opinion unblocking,develop network position by various forms of red cultural publicity,and strengthen the counter-seepage function of the mainstream ideology by promoting its cultural strength,publicity and infectivity.Thus the omni-directional risk prevention mechanisms are built to maintain the network security of the mainstream ideology.
