高校英语教师目标设置与其课堂教学行为关系

摘    要:主要运用目标设置理论对高校英语教师的目标设置与其课堂教学行为二者之间的关系进行分析,采用目标设置量表和教师互动问卷2个有效问卷,在一部分高校英语教师中展开问卷调查,并将调查结果以数据的形式用SPSS11.0进行相关分析,结论是教师的目标设置和教师在课堂上表现出的许多教学行为都有密切的关系。因此,要使教师在课堂上有积极的行为表现,就应该设法改进对教师目标设置不利的因素,从而达到提高教学效果的目的。

Abstract:This paper uses goal setting theory to analyze the relationship between college English teachers′ goal setting and their classroom behaviors,applying two effective questionnaires.Goal Setting Questionnaire and QTI(Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction),to the subjects tested(some college English teachers).The figures acquired from the questionnaires were processed by SPSS 11.0 to learn the correlation between goal setting and classroom behaviors.The conclusion is that college English teachers′ goal setting is closely related to most of their classroom behaviors.Thus,efforts must be made to reduce the negative factors that affect teachers′ goal setting,so that teachers can behave better in classroom teaching process so as to achieve better teaching results.
