| 摘 要： | 英语习语是从语言中提炼出来的短语或短句,是该语言的核心和精华.为了准确而完整地再现英语习语的文化信息,很有必要了解英语习语的特点.作者论述了英语习语的语言特点,"归化"翻译方法及英语习语之翻译,着重阐述了"归化"翻译方法在习语翻译过程中的重要作用."归化"法注重译文读者的理解与反映,强调文化信息产生的对等效果,因此它是翻译英语习语的一种好方法,对我们翻译英语习语具有重要的指导意义.
