合作研究、协调成本与知识增长

已有的文献在研究学术合作的影响因素时,大都忽略了协调成本的重要作用。本文详细地研究了知识生产中的协调成本问题,通过建立经济模型研究了学术研究最优的合作水平及其与协调成本的关系。在此基础上,通过建立动态的两部门模型研究了知识增长和经济增长的问题。研究表明:协调成本的增加会降低均衡的知识增长率和经济增长率;反之亦然。最后,本文为降低中国学术合作的协调成本提出了初步的政策建议。

Cooperative Research, Cost for Coordination, and Accumulation of Knowledge

s: Most studies on the factors that would affect scholarly cooperative research have overlooked the significant role the cost for Coordination plays. The authors have carefully examined the cost for Coordination in the process of knowledge production, and have designed an economic model for the study of the relation between the most favorable outcome of cooperation and the cost for coordination. They have further explored the issue around accumulation of knowledge and growth of economy, using an on-going two-dimensional model. Their research demonstrates that a raise of cost for coordination will lower the growth rate of both knowledge production and economic development. They recommend that effort be made to lower the cost for coordination..
