| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国劳动力过剩的现状。在新兴古典经济学的框架下，通过超边际分析方法。论证了只要采取相应的政策措施，就能将劳动力过刺的压力转变为促进经济快速发展的动力，用科学的方法证明劳动人口数量对于我国经济发展有正面影响意义。从而为我国经济的持续发展和更加有效地参与国际竞争提供支持。

| Abstract: | Using scientific methods,the article proves the number of the work force have a positive impact to Chinese economy development.In view of the status quo of Chinese surplus-labor,the article adopts the infra-marginal analysis method of the new classical economics,it demonstrates that we will be able to change the pressure of surplus-labor to the power of promoting economy development rapidly,consequently provide support to Chinese economy sustained development and participate in the international competition more effectively as long as the relevant policies and measures are taken. |
