“三农“问题内在成因辨析

农业问题的内在成因在于农业自身弱质性、农产品价格形成机制缺乏市场竞争力;农村问题的内在成因在于农村的资源特征和人口分布局限了农业生产率的提高、农村产品市场的建立和农业生产的后续发展;农民问题的内在成因在于农民存在种植的传统观念、"输血"的依赖意识和对资本、组织的不正确认识以及农村富余劳动力的错误转移.

ANALYSIS OF THE INHERENT CAUSE OF AGRICULTURE,COUNTRYSIDE AND PEASANT'S PROBLEM

The theme of this thesis includes the following three aspects. Firstly, the inherent cause of the agricultural problem lies in the weak quality of agriculture itself and uncompetitiveness of the formation mechanism in the price of agricultural products. Secondly, the inherent cause of the rural problem lies in the characteristics of resources in the countryside and the limit set from the population distribution to the increase of agricultural productivity , the setting-up of the rural product market and follow-up development of agricultural production. Thirdly, the inherent couse of the peasants' problem lies in the peasants' traditional idea of planting, the reliance consciousness of " blood-transfusion" and incorrect understanding about capital and organization as well as the false migration of the spare labour in the countryside.
