| Abstract: | Chen Jiageng's spirit gives a kind of power for the college. Which puts the spirit of Jiageng as own idea to run a school. It can condense the ranks of the management for scientific research in advanced education,to cultivate and mold the worker of scientific research in advanced education,improve the level of the management for scientific research. As a result,we should enhance the spirit of Jiageng,renew the idea of management for scientific research,establish the encouragement system,improve the atmosphere for scientific research,improve the level of the management for scientific research in advanced education and advance the college devel-opment well and quickly. |
