| 摘 要： | 校本研修是将"校本培训"与"校本教研"相结合提出的一种新的教师教育教研活动方式。针对校本研修活动存在的问题提出相应对策,如以理论学习为支撑,开展校本研修活动;建立教学专题研究室,搭建校本研修平台;以课例研究为载体,深入开展校本研修;以制度建设为保障,使校本研修可持续发展。
