旅游景区拥挤问题理论分析与解决方案研究——以五台山景区为例

长期以来,关于交通拥挤问题的研究总是集中在城市领域。事实上,城市交通拥挤仅仅是拥挤问题的一部分,旅游景区的拥挤也已经成为普遍的现象,尤其是在黄金周期间。旅游景区拥挤对游客的旅游体验、景区的旅游形象等方面产生了很大的影响,导致的一些社会、经济、环境等负面影响已经引起学者的广泛的关注,旅游景区的拥挤问题,已经成为困扰当地政府和景区管理部门的重要问题之一。尤其是景区内部交通组织和交通管理不当造成的游客客流拥堵和排长队问题,探讨其中原因和解决方案对旅游业发展有着重要的研究意义。

Theoretical Analysis and Solutions to Congestion in Scenic Spots

Many researches have been done in traffic jams of city centers for years.However,traffic jams in the city center is only apart of the city congestion.Crowded scenic spots,especially during the routine holiday,have already become a common phenomenon.They have greatly affected the image of these scenic spots and left negative impression on tourists.The negative social economic and environmental effect also raised some scholars＇earnest awareness.Therefore one of the most important tasks for the local government and scenic management department is to solve the traffic jams in sceneries.The problem of long queues and crowdedness resulted from the inner maladministration of traffic and its causes and solutions are worth further research.
