| 摘 要： | "产品召回制度"是欧美发达国家流行的一种市场管理制度,具有完善产品设计,促进技术进步;规范生产方式;严格市场准入;维护消费者利益;缓解厂商与消费者之间的矛盾等功能.它是市场经济高度成熟,经济立法高度完善的结果.加入WTO后,我国将逐步实现与世界经济接轨,市场经济日趋完善.在此背景下,建议中央立法机关迅速着手构建我国自己的"产品召回制度".

| Abstract: | The product recalling system is a common market administrative system in the Euro_American nations. With the perfect and strict designs for the production, this system can promote the technology, standardize the producing ways, enforce the market permission, safeguard the consumers' interest and even mitigate the tension between consumers and factories. Undoubtedly, it results from the quite mature market economy and economic legislation. After entering WTO, the Chinese economy will gradually link up with the international economy with the market development day by day. In this context, our central legislature is expected to promptly build the recalling system of our own. |
